		<description>I love fried dandelion blooms, although frying them probably removes a lot of the nutritional value. Still I had no idea they were such healthy little plants, and while I'm one of those weird people who actually likes dandelions in his yard I don't spend nearly enough time picking and eating the leaves. I think I may change that now that I know just how good they really are.</description>
